Together with the client, we select the most suitable role, based on the following possibilities:
Implementor: you have determined the requirements and you have asked us to create and execute the training programme as efficiently as possible (client determines the form).
Expert: there are bottlenecks or future developments and you have asked us to give advice on development activities and in the end to implement them (advisor determines the form).
Partner: a relationship is created between the advisor and the client. Both decide on the form with a single objective: to make human resources as productive as possible for the organisation and vice versa.
Although we are comfortable in each of these roles and can apply each role depending on the situation, we will usually aim to work from the partner role.
