Assessment, coaching and training do not take place in a vacuum. It is often necessary to have an effect on the environment, the team or the organisation as a whole. In that case, we facilitate the change process, for example by setting up a Management Development programme, a cultural shift or a team-building process. Another option is that we act as project manager or director of the change process, whereby others (from Pentacompany or elsewhere) actively carry out the implementation. We are in continuous contact with everyone involved. Designing, stimulating the intended development of people and the organisation. We also measure the results of the action so that you know if we are on track.
