A development process usually starts with a diagnosis: a baseline measurement. Pentacompany offers various types of Assessment & Development Centers. You can combine the measurement of behavioural competences with a psychological assessment, studying motivation and personality. In addition, you can make use of 360º feedback methods. The objective you have in mind determines which methods we use.
In addition to carrying out assessments, Pentacompany also offers you the option of interpreting an assessment that was carried out in the past. Using an assessment only once is a waste of the investment. We translate a report into ‘competence-based’ development plans, which enable you to get to work efficiently. We work exclusively with experienced psychologists who are trained in assessor skills and in using the Big Five personality model. We observe the guidelines of the NIP in terms of quality requirements and professional code.
